This week Faro, the amazing, affordable, fine dining Italian restaurant on Jefferson St, turns one! What a whirlwind of a first year they have had: they’ve received glowing recognition all over the press (us, Eater, The New Yorker) gotten favorable Zagat and Michelin Star ratings, and launched a brunch and a tasting menu, all of which suggests that this first anniversary of their opening won’t be the last one they have occasion to celebrate.
Their “birthday” party takes pace Wednesday night, May 4th, after service ends at 11pm. There will be beer, cake, and balloon animals! It’s first-come, first-serve, so get there early and raise a glass to Faro’s incredibly successful first year of business (and definitely get yourself a balloon animal).
