Chuko Ramen Is Just Weeks Away From Opening Their Bushwick Location

After nearly four years of planning and setbacks, the popular ramen joint is in the home stretch.

Chuko Ramen Is Just Weeks Away From Opening Their Bushwick Location

Chuko Ramen, the wildly popular ramen restaurant, which has a Vanderbilt Avenue location down by Prospect Park, has been teasing a Bushwick outpost at Evergreen Avenue and Jefferson Street for years. Owner Jamison Blankenship says they are about four weeks away from making our ramen dreams come true.

The corner location next to Dillinger’s will feature the same menu as the Vanderbilt Avenue spot, but the 70-seat restaurant will be “set up to do more delivery and more takeout,” says Blankenship.

And even though Shinobi Ramen and Ichiran beat Chuko to the punch as far as ramen in Bushwick goes, one can never have too much of it in this writer’s humble opinion.

The restaurant will be hiring in the next week or so, and we will have an update for you when the official opening date in announced. But what’s four more weeks when we’ve been waiting for years already?
