A four-unit building in Williamsburg changed hands for $4.2 million, according to PincusCo, which tracks city property records.
The buyer was Double Key Management, which took title through an entity called Double 170 Cl LLC, PincusCo reported. The building is at 170 South 2nd Street, a few blocks from the Williamsburg Bridge and the Marcy Avenue stop.
City records classify the building as a C3, the code for a walkup with four residential units. At $4.2 million, the sale works out to about $1.05 million per unit.
PincusCo did not report a seller, a broker, or what Double Key Management plans to do with the building. Its listing noted the expected use but the description was cut off in the newsletter, and no further detail was provided.
The deal was one of several Brooklyn residential trades PincusCo logged in the same batch of recorded transfers, alongside a $4.5 million sale of a three-family in Carroll Gardens and a $3.2 million mixed-use building on Broadway in Bushwick.
