Join Bushwick Bark at Norwind’s for the Annual Summer Dog Party Fundraiser!

Get ready to party, local dog lovers: Bushwick Bark has teamed up with newly opened Flushing Avenue watering hole Norwind’s to host its annual bash for the neighborhood’s pups and the humans who love them.

The Knickerbocker Avenue pet shop’s Doggy Ice Cream Pool Party Fundraiser is scheduled for Sunday, August 28th, from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the beer garden at 1043 Flushing Avenue between Morgan Avenue and Vandervoort Place.

The party famously features two different kinds of frozen treats (“pupsicles” and ice cream) specially formulated to delight canine companions, as well as a puppy pool in which furry friends can cool down.

For the entertainment of the people in attendance, there will a photographer on hand to snap some pet photos, eats and booze aplenty, and a raffle with prizes donated by a bevy of local businesses.

Proceeds from the event will benefit several different area animal rescue organizations, so attendees spend the afternoon chilling with cute pets and feel good doing it, too 🙂

Get out there and enjoy, Bushwick!
