If you want to dance away the winter blues HOY is offering parties both on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! On Christmas Eve their Misfit Xmas shindig is free with RSVP or $10 and will start at 9 p.m. and go on until 3 a.m. On Christmas Day come for their Merry Funking Christmas dance-off absolutely FREE! This party will also start at 9 p.m. and go on until 3 a.m.
3. L’imprimerie
Bushwick’s very own French bakery will be open Christmas Eve from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Christmas Day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Treat yourself to pastries made fresh daily on premises, as well as their craft espresso beverages.
4. MetroRock
If you’re looking for a holiday workout, try rock climbing at this state-of-the-art bouldering and rock climbing facility! The gym will be open on Christmas Eve from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
If rock climbing isn’t your thing, this classic gym and fitness studio will be open Christmas Eve from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Christmas Day from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
6. Friends NYC
If you have some last minute gift shopping to do, head over to this cozy shop on Christmas Eve. They will open at 11 a.m. and close in the afternoon, depending on the customer flow. Find everything from enamel pins to vintage overalls, incense and holiday card stock here!
Enjoy a craft beverage with an exciting novel to escape the holiday madness at this new and used bookstore plus cafe. Cozy vibes and special treats on Christmas Eve from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Christmas Day from 10 a.m. to 4p.m.
