The ongoing lottery found on NYC Housing Connect includes 25 units at 130 percent of the area median income. To qualify for the lottery your income must be in the range of $125,520 to $250,380.
The property includes a variety of features, such as pet-friendly accommodations, a dog washing station, covered parking, bike storage lockers, and electric car charging stations. It offers in-unit dishwashers, high-end kitchen appliances, premium countertops, energy-efficient appliances, air-conditioning, high-speed internet, and cable or satellite TV. Shared amenities include a gymnasium, yoga/dance studio, media room, playground, shared laundry room, and outdoor spaces like a terrace and rooftop terrace. Residents benefit from a business center, storage options, package lockers, and accessible entrances with elevators. Security is enhanced through cameras, gated access, and an intercom system. The property also supports smoke-free living and provides online tools for leasing, rent payment, and maintenance requests.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are 20 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,661 for incomes ranging from $125,520 to $181,740; four two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $4,376 for incomes ranging from $150,035 to $218,010; and one three-bedroom with a monthly rent of $5,039 for incomes ranging from $172,766 to $250,380.
Individuals or households meeting the income and household size requirements outlined in the Available Units table are eligible to apply. Qualified applicants must also satisfy additional selection criteria. Preference is generally given to applicants who reside in New York City.
