U.S. District Judge Nina R. Morrison of the Eastern District of New York sentenced Joseph Grunwald, a 34-year-old registered sex offender from Brooklyn, to 30 years in federal prison on Oct. 22 for coercing and enticing a 14-year-old boy he contacted on Telegram into sexual activity and for receiving child pornography.
