Brooklyn Three Kings Parade is Coming to Bushwick This Weekend

The tradition of our beloved neighborhood has it that every year Graham Ave of Puerto Rico transforms into Feliz Dia de Reye parade (Three Kings Day). Take part in this tradition this coming Sunday from 1 to 4PM.

This parade has been a Christian tradition in the neighborhood for decades, acting as a yearly community event focused on children. Typically, the students of the surrounding schools of PS 257 as well as others join in the parade itself. Other community members dress up and donate goods to those in need. This year PS/MS 157’s Principal, Maribel Hulla Torres Madrina will be honored. Madrina was born, raised and educated in Bushwick.

Feliz Dia de Reye parade, Sunday, January 11, 1-4PM, Graham Ave of Puerto Rico (corner Broadway). RSVP on Facebook here
