Not only do they deliver great reviews, live sessions, and other music content on the regular, but they’re also known for crafting some pretty stellar music videos. Their latest features the buzzy new single from Brooklyn pop star Seasick Mama, “Gimme Something More To Work With.” Spoiler alert: this shit is blazing hot! Via cheeky lyricism, plucky guitars, and a bouncy synth background, Seasick Mama sets tongues wagging throughout “Gimme Something More To Work With.” The hottie with the body isn’t just a singer, but also a part-time model, thus the video’s uniquely sartorial vibe (and its many outfit changes). Seasick Mama (aka Marial Maher) strives to be an “intellectual pop star,” and on “Gimme Something To Work With,” she sings of the countless trials and tribulations of dating, without ever verging on trivial. Like we told you, totally hot! And The Wild Honey Pie deserves props for making the video so damn smooth.
