World Cleanup Day

The People’s Garden’s local cleanup

What is it?

In celebration of World Cleanup Day, The People’s Garden in Bushwick is organizing a local cleanup. Trash bags and utility gloves will be provided. Attendees are asked to wear masks and to bring tools, like brooms, rakes or dust pans, if they have them.

Last Taste of Summer Festival

What is it?

An an outdoor benefit concert celebrating the end of the summer. See live rock, pop and folk performances from David Russell, Ok Cowgirl, Almost Sex and more. Chase Runaway will be the MC. Partial proceeds go to S.U.N. who helps feed Brooklyn through the North Brooklyn Food Relief Coalition.
