Springtime in New York- here we go! Spent the morning in the yard with my dogs, where I recorded the sounds you’ll hear at the start of this mix. After some yoga in the sunrise, I hit the studio, did some spinning, then went into Manhattan with my wife for our favorite- Spring St Natural. So. Damn. Good.
