The NYPD is requesting knowledge on anything the public might know on an individual who was reportedly found wandering the streets in the vicinity of the 83rd Precinct on Saturday July 23, 2016 at approximately 11:30 p.m.

The individual, an elderly man, gave his name as “Anselmo Morgado,” but was unable…
