Danielle DeJesus is not your average 27-year-old. The Bushwick-born Latina, who grew up on Jefferson Street, is on a mission to preserve her neighborhood by photographing the people and places from her childhood. Sounds like pretty serious business, right? But for Danielle, its not just work – it’s her life.
