Raw sewage has overflowed at a Williamsburg NYCHA complex for more than a decade. The community board has invited NYCHA to discuss it Tuesday.

Raw sewage is overflowing onto sidewalks outside Borinquen Plaza, a NYCHA complex in Williamsburg home to nearly 2,000 people who have lived with it for more than a decade. Sewer and sewage complaints at the complex hit 19 this year, the most since at least 2010, and city sewer investigators suspect the buildings' own pipes.
