East Village Staple San Loco Is Coming to Bushwick Avenue

San Loco, the no-fuss taco joint of East Village, Williamsburg and Lower East Side fame, is opening a new Bushwick location this February.

The new location of the self-described “gringo-Mex” joint will be located at 582 Bushwick Ave., a block down from The Silent Barn, and will be San Loco’s fourth installment. Jill Hing is San Loco’s co-owner with her brother and husband. They’re working on staffing the new joint before the big opening later this week.

“We are family owned and operated, and are very excited to now be serving our classic American tacos to the locals of Bushwick!” says Hing. “Our new joint will only have 3 seats, so we are especially suited for takeout and delivery.”

No word yet on whether or not San Loco’s potent signature frozen margaritas will be a part of the Bushwick menu, but Hing says she’s hoping to open the new location this weekend.

See you at San Loco!
