Mindspace, a global flexible-workspace provider, will add 11,500 square feet to its Williamsburg location at 25 Kent Avenue, bringing its total footprint at the Class A office building to roughly 50,000 square feet, the property’s owner announced February 9.
Global Holdings, the international real estate development and investment firm led by Chairman and Founder Eyal Ofer, said in the announcement that the expansion is slated for completion in summer 2026. The firm characterized the deal as reinforcing leasing momentum at the building and further strengthening 25 Kent’s position as what it called one of Brooklyn’s most dynamic office destinations.
According to Global Holdings, the additional space will introduce more private offices, expanded lounge areas and upgrades to Mindspace’s shared amenities, including a reimagined main lounge and a revamped event space.
Founded in 2014, Mindspace offers design-forward offices, shared workspaces and event programming aimed at entrepreneurs, startups and established companies, the announcement said, pairing what it described as boutique design and a hospitality-led experience.
“We approach leasing at 25 Kent with a strategic focus on supporting how modern companies operate and scale,” Craig Panzirer, senior vice president and director of leasing at Global Holdings, said in the announcement. “Mindspace’s continued growth at the property underscores the impact of how we curate the building, invest in the tenant experience, and design high-performance environments for companies to grow.”
