A longtime textile-family owner sold a Flatiron District property to Sioni Group for $31 million. It was one of ten $5 million-plus sales in the city that day, $329 million combined

Sioni Group paid $31 million for a property in Manhattan’s Flatiron District on June 29, 2026, according to PincusCo, a commercial real estate data outlet. The buyer completed the deal through an entity called 38 W 21 LLC. PincusCo did not disclose the specific property address.

PincusCo described the sellers as long-time owners from families connected to a local textile company. It did not disclose the textile company’s name or the sellers’ full entity name.

PincusCo also reported that the same sellers are in contract to sell at least one other property, though it did not identify the address.

The transaction was one of ten commercial sales above $5 million recorded in the city that day, totaling $329 million combined, according to PincusCo’s spot analysis for June 29.
