The yard itself is unspeakably gorgeous: greenery cascades from every corner, gravel pits gently beneath your sneakers, oysters are shucked merrily. Is that a hummingbird, or are you just happy to be in the most adorable backyard in Bushwick?
In addition to drop-dead scenery, Mominette will provide a fixed-price menu, tailored to your price point. For $30, $40, or $50 per person, you and your guests will be provided with appetizers, a choice of entrees (Duck confit! Ginger and beet salmon!) and dessert. You can also create a custom menu from a wide selection of mouth watering dishes, if you are picky like that.
But the buck doesn’t stop there. While you’re waiting for your next course, enjoy unlimited use of the Bocce/Petanque arena ($100) or watch a slideshow of the new couple’s high school-era Facebook photos on their backyard projector ($60). If you so desire, Mominette has an array of live musicians at their disposal, and they’ll set you up with a jazz band. And oysters! So many oysters! A freakin’ oyster bar, for goodness sakes!
