Your Weekly Train Update: A Tale of Three (Incredibly Frustrating) Trains

Once upon a time there were three trains located in Bushwick (the Z is a figment of your imagination). Anyways, these aforementioned trains never showed up. The end.

Okay, obviously the Bushwick subway saga is a lot more complicated than that and the above may be a dramatization. However, you can’t deny that the service changes are always constant – they are forever popping up!

The L, the M and the J (I know, I don’t know what is going on with the J either) will be rather complicated (again) in the not-so-distant future. You would think the L would quickly clean up its act after basically being called out in the New York Times (which you can read here) but nope, that is not the case. The L train has been cited as the cleanest train and has new shiny cars and snazzy station features (you know, the digital countdown clocks) but still consistently delivers lousy service. Looks like the L can talk the talk but can’t walk the walk (burn).

*cheat sheet: L trains should be running normal this coming weekend (not holding breath).
