Representatives of Read Property made their pitch for the 10-building Rheingold project during a City Council hearing at City Hall Tuesday morning. But several testifying community members, as well as Councilwoman Diana Reyna, demonstrated why this proposal for a 1-million-square-foot development still has high hurdles to clear before the full Council votes on it by mid-December.
