With the recent rise in Covid cases throughout Bushwick and all of New York, many people are looking for safer alternatives when drinking and dining out. And in the winter, finding comfortable outdoor seating is not as easy as it is during the warmer months. Luckily, many restaurants and bars in the Bushwick area are fully equipped to give their diners a warm and safe experience when dining outside.

Here are five Bushwick-area spots that have totally mastered outdoor dining.

The Rookery Bar

The Rookery is a classic gastropub, offering a wide selection of beer, wine, craft cocktails and delicious food. The Rookery is open for lunch and dinner and can sometimes get busy, so if you want to play it safe, go on Resy to reserve a table.
