Bushwick Grind, the Broadway Triangle’s coffee shop staple, celebrates its first anniversary with a special brunch this Sunday. The cafe is rolling out new, healthier menu items, along with specialty coffee and juice drinks.

“We are now ready to evolve a bit further to serve a community that is inundated with fast food restaurants and offer some fresher, healthier food options,” says Bushwick Grind’s co-owner, Kymme Williams. “Our event on Sunday is our opportunity to showcase our new menu items and to solicit unfiltered feedback from our guests in a chilled out, fun, interactive way.”

Bushwick Grind’s new menu items include shrimp & grits, grilled salmon, and a cranberry goat cheese salad.

Sunday’s brunch will feature live music from Brooklyn violinist Nicolas Wilson and a raffle for a $100 Bushwick Grind gift card. There will also be opportunities to sample all of the cafe’s new menu items.

The fun starts at 11 a.m. this Sunday, March 5. Stop by for an unforgettable brunch!
