It seems like only yesterday that the huge construction site across from Food Bazaar on Wyckoff Avenue was just muddy ground and dreary scaffolding.
That same place, 803 Wyckoff Ave., has since sprouted carefully-manicured green grass, rooftop shrubbery, and The Arcade — a new luxury building that’s ready to rent one-bedrooms at $2,315 per month, according to a Craigslist ad.
The Arcade offers state-of-the-art amenities, including central air conditioning, video intercoms, roof decks with epic city views — read here a distant Manhattan skyline and the roof of Food Bazaar — and an elevator.
There’s also a laundry, gym, game room, shared workspace, and spacious living quarters. And there’s an on-site Swedish masseuse, a bowling alley, and underground skate park (just kidding).
With all those amenities and Food Bazaar across the street, you’ll never have to leave your block. That’s good, because when the L train shuts down, you probably won’t.
