A batch of Crown Heights condo units changed hands for $109 million, according to Crain’s New York Business, which reported the deal at the top of its Real Estate Daily newsletter on July 21, 2026.
That is close to the entire detail Crain’s has made public so far. The newsletter, written by real estate reporters Julianne Cuba, Aaron Elstein, C. J. Hughes and Julian Nazar, listed the deal under the headline “Crown Heights condo units sell for $109M”. It did not name the building, the block, the seller or the buyer in the alert itself.
Crain’s specified that the sale involved multiple condo units, meaning a bulk deal rather than a single apartment. A nine-figure price on a Crown Heights residential asset usually signals an entire building’s worth of units, a development site, or a large investment purchase. Crain’s has not published those specifics.
Bushwick Daily has not independently confirmed the deal, the address, or the parties involved. The reporting here rests entirely on the Crain’s Real Estate Daily newsletter dated July 21, 2026.
