Back in April, 2019, Bushwick Daily reported that Netflix is coming to the neighborhood and building six sound stages alongside the site of the old Bushwick railroad yard.

These photos by photographer Phil buehler show the changes in the neighborhood already. Phil is a long-time Bushwick based photographer & explorer of urban ruins. Buehler will be publishing some of his work in weekly curated segments on Bushwick Daily.

“I’ll continue to post ten years of funny, crazy and surreal photos of the artists, musicians, performers, street art, events, buildings, art galleries, even the pets and garbage that make Bushwick Bushwick. from the last ten years as a weekly column here on Bushwick Daily – Look for my weekly column here on Bushwick Daily – Bushwick: Art or Garbage and Bushwick: Then & Now.”
