Last Saturday’s photo walk with Meryl Meisler was nicer than we could have hoped for. The weather treated us with a pleasant layer of clouds to make our photos simply fab, and us photographers more vital. Adam Schwartz, Bushwick’s unofficial historian shared a couple of great stories about our beloved neighborhood; and we all were moving in a cloud of friendship and appreciation. The Living Gallery‘s Nyssa Frank and Mike Garcia showed us proudly new community garden called Bridging Bushwick Sculpture Garden they’ve been working on and included an invitation for everyone to come in. Bizarre was fantastic and cool as ever.
