Police arrested two men after encountering them near Woodward Avenue and Starr Street.

Police laid the smack down on a heroin operation at a Ridgewood apartment house during a raid last week, it was announced on Monday, Dec. 5.

The affected individuals were hallucinating, vomiting and passed out along sidewalks beneath the JMZ.
