This Saturday. Waffle Party. Fine & Raw Chocolate Factory. Need we say more?

In case you need more info, the fine folks at Fine & Raw are hosting an end-all, be-all waffle brunch at their digs at 288 Seigel Street this Saturday from noon until 6pm. Which means even if you’re super hungover from the night before and wake up at 3pm, you can still get your waffle fix.

There will be sweet and savory waffles (gluten free and vegan too), mimosas, coffee, and Fine & Raw shakes. And while you stuff your face with coconut dulce de leche and chocolate hazelnut waffles, you can enjoy jazzy folk music from Free Advice and Megg Farrell.

Do you have a reason NOT to go to a Waffle Party?

Opened in December 2012, Fine & Raw specializes in raw chocolate, which is basically chocolate made with minimal processing and without refined sugars. Their beans come from all over – Ghana, Colombia, Madagascar – and are churned into indulgent deliciousness at their 2,500-square-foot factory in Morgantown. Each chocolate is wrapped in gold foil for that extra special, Willy Wonka feel. Truly a bean-to-bar manufacturer, Fine & Raw is both eco-conscious and hyper-local.

So instead of eating stale Cinnamon Crunch in bed, won’t you join us in feasting on delicious, chocolatey waffles this Saturday? RSVP here.

WAFFLES.

Waffle BRUNCH Party + live tunes is this Saturday, April 25, from noon-6 p.m. Fine & Raw 288 Seigel Street, E. Williamsburg.
