Uber Technologies, the only donor to two committees supporting Gov. Kathy Hochul, gave them $14.96 million this year, state Board of Elections filings show, while two Madison Square Garden companies controlled by the Dolan family, including the Knicks' owner, gave $2.7 million to a committee backing Republican Bruce Blakeman.

In the final stretch, Hochul’s own campaign committee reported spending $27.3 million across its 32-day and 11-day pre-general reports, nearly twice the $14.8 million Blakeman’s reported. In the open 7th Congressional District, Democrat Claire Valdez raised $1.92 million and had $110,430 left on October 14, while Republican Melvin Rivera’s committee has filed no financial report with the Federal Election Commission.
