Mark your calendars and get your tickets now for Variance, a 16 hour music and arts festival set to take place on August 6th in a not yet disclosed Bushwick location.
Variance bills itself as a “unique sonic, visual, and culinary environment.” The festival will be headlined by electropop stalwarts Junior Boys (DJ set), indie darlings Oberhofer, and Awesome Tapes from Africa with support from Yaeji, Conrad Clifton, and Occupy the Disco. The visuals will come in the form of immersive experiences provided by visual artist, Gilbane Peck, and a rotating cast of other artists throughout the day and evening. And the food by Khing Jai Catering promises to offer a global menu meant to accompany the eclectic day of performances.
Get ready to eat and dance your way through August’s unbearable heat and humidity!
