#BushwickDaily Insta-Takeover: Axel Dupeux Shows Us the Art of Freelancing and Lucia Reed Goes "Up Close & Bushwick"
Instagram takeover – Axel Dupeux – pigeons sky

Boy oh boy, are we spoiled here at Bushwick Daily. Last week our Instagram account was taken over by photographer Axel Dupeux, whose work has graced the likes of Wall Street Journal, Billboard, Adweek and Entrepreneur. He spent the week showing us what it’s like to be an editorial portrait photographer – everything from taking long walks and snapping some street photos to visiting artists’ studios and capturing portraits. He even caught some cute pooches to photograph! Axel’s Insta-takeover had quality and quantity. Scroll down for some of our followers’ faves and head over to our Instagram feed to catch the rest.

This week, Bushwick Daily resident photog Lucia Reed is taking over the account for a second time! Her first takeover was all about bodegas, but this time around she’s going more conceptual with the theme: “Up Close & Bushwick.” Stay tuned for her interpretation!

You could be the next photographer to takeover the Bushwick Daily Instagram! Submit your application here!
