This comes as no surprise, but Maritza Davila is now our elected New York State Assemblywoman, Antonio Reynoso won the election for the 34th district seat in city council, and Gotham Schools is reporting that despite his landslide victory, Bushwick residents have some qualms about de Blasio’s policy positions. Crazy, right?!

And last but not least, last Friday the New York Times caught up with former Meatpacking district restauranteur Florent Morellet–and it seems he’s pretty taken with Bushwick nightlife.
