The L Train’s Suspended Service Saga Continues

No, this isn’t a joke. Yes, you may be taking a shuttle bus and/or a cab and/or walking home for the upcoming few weekdays/weekends. Just when we thought that this weekend would be the last of the never-ending commute the MTA pulled another fast one on us.

We’re hearing from Gothamist that for the weekends (this means 11:45PM Friday through 5AM Monday) of September 13-16, September 27-30, October 4-7 and October 11-14 you should expect no L train service between the Lorimer St. and the Myrtle-Wyckoff Avs. stations.

Just in case that’s not annoying/confusing enough, the MTA also reports that there will be no L trains between Myrtle-Wyckoff Avs and Lorimer St weekday late nights (Monday through Friday 11:45PM to 5AM) on September 16-20 and September 23-27. As always check MTA.info for the most up to date information (I just had deja vu). I give up, if you need me I’ll be on the B60.
