Don your ugliest, most fabulous, tackiest, flashiest, whatever-ist 80’s, 90’s or early aughts ‘fit and you might even score yourself a free drink, especially if your dance moves match the energy of your digs. Ultra Naté & Dropkat are spinning mash-ups all night to fuel your nostalgia flames.
Billed as a ‘Very Scary Christmas’ event, Avant Gardner will not disappoint those down to get their freak on this Friday. Speed of Sound features DJs Peach & Cherry, and a bevvy of featured guest artists spinning House, Afro, Hip-Hop, Techno well into Saturday morning.

The creative chefs behind Chakula Catering return with their Kwanzaa holiday edition of Feast and Flow in Bed-Stuy this weekend. The pop-up features an array of vendors from jewelry-makers, healers, yogis, free face-painting and local designers, and not to mention delicious food. It’s perfect for something more low-key and family friendly, but still great to get your dance on a Saturday.

Ridgewood’s Euro-disco inspired club Nowadays promotes a specific good vibe to dance, flirt and chill for an all day dance party. Their upcoming all day Soul Summit is no different, as you close out your year with a marathon of bops to keep you moving and grooving all Sunday.
L.A. based label Pious Records has invaded Ridgewood with stacked line-up of disrupting sonic sounds and visually mind-melting displays for an insane end to the weekend. Proceeds from the event go back to the DJs and tech artists showcased, and the tattooer, @kissedbytink, who will be inking in house for throughout the night. The line-up includes PROLAPS (machine girl x bonnie baxter, SKULLFUCKER, Qualiatik and more, and starts at 11pm.
