If you’re looking for an alternative to Smorgasburg, the Myrtle Avenue Business Improvement District has got you covered. The annual spring street festival takes place this Sunday, April 9 from 12 to 6 p.m

Last year’s iteration of the event showcased the diversity of food, shopping, and fun available on Myrtle Avenue between Wyckoff and Forest Avenues. This time around, visitors will likely see more of the same on a sunny, warm Sunday. The current forecast calls for 61 degrees and sunshine.

Children will be able to enjoy carnival style rides and an impressive display of vintage MTA buses you don’t have to go all the way to the transit museum to explore.

So strap on those comfy festival sneakers, slap on some sunscreen, and join your neighbors on a hunt for Myrtle Avenue’s tastiest morsels.
