If you happened to pass Myrtle Avenue anytime on Sunday, you probably spotted the huge street fair starting from Wyckoff all the way to Forest Avenue in Ridgewood. The annual spring fair, organized by the Myrtle Avenue Business Improvement District, seemed to be in synch with the (finally) warm weather.

From vendors hawking grilled corn-on-the-cob to free henna courtesy of Lotus Threading, the street fair came as a welcome surprise for those who were just on their way to catch the subway at Myrtle-Wyckof and for others, the street festival was a long anticipated celebration of the local community. Both camps appeared to have a great time.

Check out photos below – and don’t worry, if you missed the fest this time around, save the date for the Fall Street Festival on September 18th.
