Photos: Our Favorite Instagram Pix of Yesterday Evening’s Breathtaking Double Rainbow Over Bushwick

Today is a disgusting, sweltering mess, which is August in New York for you—But as godawful as this weather can be, yesterday evening Bushwick got a reminder there are some things about this swampy season that aren’t terrible. A stunning, at times doubled, rainbow flung its arc wide over the neighborhood during the final hours of daylight.

Since many of Bushwick’s residents are adept photographers able to capture remarkable moments at the drop of a hat (#bushwick Instagram is the best Instagram!), there’s ample evidence of the meteorological phenomenon, and some of the images are truly worth your attention.

Our favorite IG shots are embedded below—take a look, and click through to give your compliments to the photos!
