October may be coming to a close, but the fun is just getting started. This Halloween week, Brooklyn Cider House is calling on all witches, goblins, and ghouls to join in celebrating the spooky holiday.

Started by siblings Peter and Susan Yi, Brooklyn Cider House is not only the city’s first cidery, restaurant, and bar under one roof, it’s the only place in the country to catch cider made on the premises. The spacious art-filled 12,000 square foot building features a large bar area in the front, a barrel room behind, and three dining rooms throughout - making it a perfect space for large events or groups to gather.

Located at 1100 Flushing Ave, The Bushwick hot-spot is known for its lively bar scene and dog-friendly, seasonal outdoor patio. Brooklyn Cider House is the place to be year-round for all thing’s hard cider. But make sure to bring your appetite as well, because the menu might be their best kept secret. Not only does it show off the versatility of ciders, there is a wide variety of food too. Steaks, burgers, chicken wings, tacos, cheese, charcuterie and more - there is truly something for everyone, including vegan and vegetarian options.

The festivities begin on Thursday, October 31 from 12pm-10pm. Brooklyn Cider House celebrates with seasonal drinks, spooky films, and lively Halloween atmosphere.

Anyone in costume will receive a free cider catch straight from their massive 80-year old cider barrels with any purchase.  In addition to award-winning ciders and signature cocktails, the bar team will also be serving up seasonal specials, including a frozen Spiced Pumpkin Chai-tini and warm Mulled Cider - to be spiked with guest’s choice of “poison.”
