Bushwick's Kings County Brewer's Collective Will Represent at the Brooklyn Pour Beer Fest Next Week — Arts & Culture on Bushwick Daily

Bushwick's Kings County Brewer's Collective Will Represent at the Brooklyn Pour Beer Fest Next Week

Bushwick's first brewery in 40 years, KCBC, will be participating in the highly anticipated Pour Festival on September 24th.

The Village Voice’s annual one day beer festival, Brooklyn Pour takes place on Saturday, September 24th at the Brooklyn Expo Center in Greenpoint, and Bushwick’s very own Kings Country Brewers Collective will be among the featured brewers!

Kings Country Brewers Collective, abbreviated KCBC, opened earlier this summer, making it the first new brewery in decades in Bushwick, which was once a brewing capital.

Since the opening, collective members Tony Bellis, Zack Kinney and Pete Lengyel have been producing and serving up their own beers in their brewery and taproom at 381 Troutman Street.

The Pour has the largest brewery lineup in the event's six year history; it's also expected to draw a record number of guests this year.

The event is called “one of the most highly anticipated craft beer festivals in the Tri-State Area,” Village Voice publisher Suzan Gursoy. Ticketholders have access to unlimited tastings of all of the beers offered by participating breweries.

General admission goes for $55 and VIP tickets for $85, and tickets are available here. If you go, say hello to the KCBC crew!
