Julia Sinelnikova is an interdisciplinary artist who works with sculpture, holograms, performance, and digital culture. Her light installations have been exhibited internationally, and she has performed widely as The Oracle of Vector Gallery.
Julia has done research about cybersecurity, and she creates work that delves deep into the dark web. She has an artistic mission to educate and build solidarity in this ethereal world.
Julia’s exhibition, Rootkit, is on display at Superchief Gallery at 1628 Jefferson Ave. in Ridgewood. The closing soiree is on Feb. 9 from 7 p.m.-midnight, and there will be a spoken word performance by Julia as The Oracle at 8:30 p.m.
