Bushwick’s favorite independent radio station run out of a shipping container, Kpiss, is throwing a second anniversary party like no other this Saturday, August 19 at Ridgewood’s Windjammer!
The station was recently “featured in TimeOut as one of the top independent internet radio stations in NYC,” says founder Sheri Barclay. And given the kind of top notch programming they put out every day, we are not surprised!
To celebrate, the station is throwing a bash with a female Marc Maron impersonator and performances from New Love Crowd, Fletcher C Johnson and The Cousins, a local salsa band.
After the live performances, Barclay herself along with Brandon Kirshner and Kool Ryan will DJ into the night.
Get ready to dance with the DJs who fill your earbuds with tunes at nearly all hours of the day for just $5.
