How about a night of sweet beats, scrumptious food, and a night of respect within queer community?
Big Gay Supper Club (BGSC) and XOXA have partnered to bring Bushwick residents a special Pride edition of their FEAST dinner party series.
The dinner party will be hosted this Friday from 7:30-10 p.m. at Terra Firma, and guests are invited to enjoy an evening of food, music and live performances by and for the queer community.
Megan, a representative from BGSC promised the night will be filled with love and respect within the queer community. “We invite all queer-affirming folks to join us for some of the best queer talent in Brooklyn, to celebrate pride in an intimate setting that inspires conversation, connection, networking… and maybe even a second date,” she said.
The dinner will feature passed hors d’ouevres, a three-course sit-down dinner (including vegan options), and unlimited beverages. During dinner, there will be DJs playing sweet beats, intermixed with live performances including burlesque by Switch n Play, and opera and cabaret performances by vocalist Jordan W. Pitts.
Guests are also invited to a post-dinner afterparty from 10 p.m. -4 a.m., featuring music sets by XOXA resident DJ HardCandy and guest DJ Michael Trotter, as well as a go-go performance by Stella de Lis.
A portion of the proceeds from the event will go to the Audre Lorde Project in honor of Pride month.
