This week Faro, the amazing, affordable, fine dining Italian restaurant on Jefferson St, turns one! What a whirlwind of a first year they have had: they've received glowing recognition all over the press (us, Eater, The New Yorker) gotten favorable Zagat and Michelin Star ratings, and launched a brunch and a tasting menu, all of which suggests that this first anniversary of their opening won't be the last one they have occasion to celebrate
