Korean Mexican Fusion Comes to Bushwick This Summer via Kimchi Grill

Kimchi Grill, the popular chain that started out as Kimchi Taco Truck and expanded to two brick and mortar locations, will make its debut in Bushwick soon, says Philip Lee, owner of the restaurant and truck.

Lee tells Bushwick Daily that the space is in the process of being built out, but he did not provide a specific address, hinting only that the eatery would be near the corner of Irving and Flushing avenues.

Menu items include tacos, burritos, and bowls with fillings such as tofu edamame falafel, seared spicy pork, and Korean BBQ beef short rib. If you’re not drooling yet, take a peek at this scrumptious looking burrito.
