File this under just-in-time-for-summer! A new bar/restaurant will be opening on Troutman St and St. Nicholas Ave next weekend, in time for Bushwick Open Studios. Montana’s Trailhouse will serve some really unique looking dishes, and they aim to foster an incredibly friendly, unpretentious atmosphere. On that count, they’ve absolutely already succeeded. When we stopped by to check the place out yesterday, the sun rustled through the beautiful plants growing out front, and Montana himself greeted us boisterously from the crow’s nest office situated above the secondary dining room, also known as the Roost.
