After a brief hiatus caused by their broken oven, the ever so popular Pork Chop (or “the chop,” as it’s affectionately known) will be returning to Dear Bushwick on August 28th. The Chop will be a part of the “Porked Out” Menu. Hungry patrons will be able to order à la carte pork dishes, such as Pork Scratchings & Pickled Egg, the Pork Belly, the Pork Fat Shortbread & Salted Caramel Ice Cream Sarnie, the Peach-infused Bourbon Cocktail with Bacon Sugar. The fixed price menu of $40 also includes The Pork Chop drink, a side, and a dessert.
