ReCaFo, a Fast, Casual Restaurant Serving 'Real Caribbean Food', is Opening Third Location in Bushwick

ReCaFo, or Real Caribbean Food, will open its doors on Friday Dec. 18 at 899 Broadway in Bushwick. The fast casual restaurant will serve Jamaican specialities like jerk chicken, oxtail and curried goat. ReCaFo started two years ago in Long Island City and last year continued their expansion with a second location in Sunset Park. Now they’re opening their third location in Bushwick.

“Bushwick is fashion, art, music and most of all, food. With such an eclectic mix of interests, this community provides the perfect location for ReCaFo to open our third location,” said the company in their press release.

The restaurant right under the Myrtle Ave stop on the M train will keep prices low while still offering an authentic taste of Jamaica. Everything on the menu is under $13 and has options for both carnivores and vegetarians.

ReCaFo will open Dec. 18 at 899 Broadway, Bushwick. Hours: Monday-Sunday 10 am to 11 pm.
