A big afro. A bushy beard. A wildly sensitive artist’s disposition.

No, it’s not a guy on the L train: it’s Bob Ross, that TV painter from the 80s.

This Friday, 20 local artists are painting landscapes from an episode of Bob Ross at Better Than Jam Store & Studio at 20 Grattan St. to raise money for Bushwick Street Cats, a nonprofit that tries to reduce the free-roaming cat population in the neighborhood.

You’re invited to come drink free Lagunitas beers, hang out with the artists, and bid on a scene of happy little trees and fluffy little clouds during the auction at end of the night. All proceeds from the sales go to Bushwick Street Cats.

The event, organized by The Takedowns, happens from 7-10 p.m., and the auction starts around 9 p.m.
