Out in the Streets is one of Bushwick’s hidden gems, a homegrown music festival featuring performances by smaller bands about to hit it big. For the past few years, the event has taken place over a weekend at the Vander Ende-Onderdonk House, an old Dutch Colonial preserved on land that marks the border between Brooklyn and Queens.

But this year, the organizers are taking the festival to The Well on July 15 and 16, trading one historic location for another. They promise “an astonishing vaulted ceiling that frames 4,000 square-feet punctuated by strikingly massive columns, as well as an 11,000 square-foot backyard space that includes the main stage, an outdoor bar and an elevated private VIP area.”

Early bird passes are already available for $20, but the lineup has not yet been announced. Either way, two solid days of music for less than a burger and beer is a great deal.
