Zosia Mamet is Flipping the Pink Building She Bought in Bushwick Less Than a Year Ago

Maybe it was that ever present Bushwick vermin

Maybe it was that ever present Bushwick vermin. Maybe Bushwick was not as cool after all as it appears on TV show Girls. Or maybe it was just a very smart move to flip the property and make half a million dollars. In any case, it appears that we won't be calling Zosia Mamet aka Shoshana from Girls our neighbor much longer.

Girls star Zosia Mamet bought a pink building on 896 Flushing Ave  in November 2013 (it was announced to public in January 2014). Now, it looks like she's already selling it... for $500,000 more than she bought it for. Yep, that's the real estate market in Bushwick these days.

The building has been listed for sale on real estate site Trulia three days ago. The asking price is $1,600,000 (According to a listing from January Zosia paid $1,039,000).

Trulia listing reads:

Rare opportunity to own a 22 wide mixed-use property on the desirable East Williamsburg/ Bushwick border. Flexible possibilities as a self-sustaining owner's residence with income-producing units, an investment rental property, or new development with buildable potential to 5,192 sqft and 6 apartments. Directly adjacent to the highly anticipated "Rheingold Brewery" residential development.Currently a sprawling 2,508 sqft triplex + additional commercially-zoned English basement, with 6 beds & 4 baths. Wide, light-filled stair leads from the terraced garden to a rooftop with open views. 2...nd floor features 2 bedrooms, home office, & den. High-ceilinged 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms with Manhattan views, den, vented W/D, & home gym. Expansive farmhouse-style kitchen updated with dishwasher, new appliances and open dining area. Ready to be your unique & flexible city home, a wise long-term investment, or both. A short distance to the Morgan Ave L Station, and the J & M subway lines.

Could this all be in any way linked to her new platinum bob do? Zosia has been spotted around the neighborhood a bunch of times doing normal things like sipping coffee at Kave; boarding the M train on Flushing Ave; taking a yoga class at Y7 Yoga Studio in Williamsburg; or grocery shopping at Food Bazaar. So why is Zosia leaving Bushwick?

We want to hear your speculations and gossip in the comments why is Zosia selling her house?
